1. Rezervace termínu a záloha Pro závaznou rezervaci termínu je vyžadována rezervační záloha ve výši 1.000 Kč. Platební údaje budou klientovi zaslány po odeslání rezervačního formuláře. Odesláním rezervace se klient zavazuje uhradit zálohu ve stanovené výši. Termín je považován za potvrzený po potvrzení rezervace emailem. 2. Storno podmínky V případě zrušení rezervace nejpozději 7 kalendářních dnů před domluveným termínem bude záloha vrácena v plné výši. Při zrušení rezervace méně než 7 kalendářních dnů před termínem, nebo při nedostavení se na termín, záloha propadá ve prospěch studia jako kompenzace za blokovaný čas. 3. Cenové podmínky Ceny uvedené na webových stránkách a sociálních sítích jsou orientační. Konečná cena závisí na finální velikosti, složitosti a umístění tetování. Přesnou cenu lze stanovit až po schválení konkrétního návrhu designu a konzultaci s tatérem. 4. Souhlas s podmínkami Odesláním rezervačního formuláře klient potvrzuje, že se seznámil(a) s těmito podmínkami a souhlasí s povinností uhradit rezervační zálohu. RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS Sky Tattoo Studio 1. Booking & Deposit To secure an appointment, a booking deposit of CZK 1,000 is required. Payment details will be provided to the client after submitting the booking form. By booking an appointment, the client agrees to pay the deposit as instructed. The appointment is considered confirmed upon confirmation of the reservation by email. 2. Cancellation Policy If you cancel at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled date, the deposit will be fully refunded. For cancellations made less than 7 calendar days before the appointment, or in case of no-show, the deposit will be retained by the studio as compensation for the reserved time. 3. Pricing Policy Prices listed on the website and social media are indicative only. The final price depends on the size, complexity, and placement of the tattoo. An exact quote will be provided after the final tattoo design is approved and discussed with the artist. 4. Agreement to Terms By submitting the booking form, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these terms, including the obligation to pay the booking deposit.
