1. Rezervace termínu a záloha
Odesláním rezervačního formuláře klient vytváří závaznou rezervaci termínu a zavazuje se k úhradě rezervační zálohy ve výši 1.000 Kč. Platební údaje budou zaslány po přijetí rezervace. Termín je potvrzen po připsání zálohy a potvrzení rezervace e-mailem.
2. Storno podmínky
V případě zrušení rezervace nejpozději 14 kalendářních dnů před domluveným termínem bude záloha vrácena v plné výši. Při zrušení rezervace méně než 14 kalendářních dnů před termínem, nebo při nedostavení se na termín, záloha propadá ve prospěch studia jako kompenzace za blokovaný čas.
V případě zrušení termínu méně než 24 hodin před sjednaným termínem nebo při nedostavení se na termín bez omluvy vzniká studiu nárok na storno poplatek až do výše sjednané ceny rezervované služby.
3. Cenové podmínky
Ceny uvedené na webových stránkách a sociálních sítích jsou orientační. Konečná cena závisí na finální velikosti, složitosti a umístění tetování. Přesnou cenu lze stanovit až po schválení konkrétního návrhu designu a konzultaci s tatérem.
4. Souhlas s podmínkami
Odesláním rezervačního formuláře klient potvrzuje, že se seznámil(a) s těmito podmínkami a souhlasí s povinností uhradit rezervační zálohu.

1. Booking & Deposit
y submitting the reservation form, the client creates a binding appointment reservation and agrees to pay a reservation deposit of 1,000 CZK. Payment details will be sent after the reservation has been received. The appointment is considered confirmed once the deposit has been received and the confirmation email has been sent.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you cancel at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled date, the deposit will be fully refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 calendar days before the appointment, or in case of no-show, the deposit will be retained by the studio as compensation for the reserved time.
In the event of cancelling an appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or failing to attend the appointment without prior notice, the studio reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to the full agreed price of the booked service.
3. Pricing Policy
Prices listed on the website and social media are indicative only. The final price depends on the size, complexity, and placement of the tattoo. An exact quote will be provided after the final tattoo design is approved and discussed with the artist.
4. Agreement to Terms
By submitting the booking form, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these terms, including the obligation to pay the booking deposit.
